How to request a refund
Payments and refunds are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net, select the option to look up your purchase, and follow the support steps using the email address from your receipt.
Paddle may ask for order details to locate and verify your purchase. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; your bank or card provider may need additional time to display the funds.
Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically refund earlier charges. Unless a refund is issued, paid access continues through the end of the current billing period.
